VW1-24 indoor MV embedded poles VCB
      VW1-24 series indoor medium AC vacuum circuit-breakers, which designed by Wankong Group Co., Ltd is the new series of 24kV vacuum circuit-breakers. The VW1-24 medium voltage circuit-breaker use vacuum interrupters embedded in resin poles, which optimizing the design of the operating mechanism. Embedding the interrupter in resin makes the circuit-breaker poles particularly sturdy and reliability as well as the increasing to the performance of the interrupting. The renowned technology in designing and construction guarantee the circuit-breaker maintenance-free and long life. The VW1-24 have series products and meet different operating requirements.
      VW1-24 series indoor medium AC vacuum circuit-breakers are installed in the indoor switchgear where insulated by air. Each VW1-24 is only carries out the operations frequently if all the operating conditions are normal and within all the limits of the technical parameter, including making and breaking short-circuit current.
      VW1-24 series vacuum circuit-breakers have optical properties when under the conditions of frequent operation and short-circuit current breaking. The circuit-breakers are fully meet the requirement of auto reclosing and have high operating reliability and long life in accordance with GB1984-2003 and IEC 62271-100 standards.
      VW1-24 series VCBs are available in the fixed version or withdrawable version when mounted in the switchgear.
      VW1-24 series VCBs are comply with the standards and basis of GB, IEC and DL related republications as follows:
           GB/T 11022, IEC 60694 Common Technical Requirements for Standards of High-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear. GB 1984 and IEC 62271-100 High-voltage Alternating Current Circuit-breaker.

            DL/T 402 Technical Requirements for Order of Alternating Current High-Voltage Current-breaker and DL/T 403 12kV~40.5kV Technical Requirements for Order of High-voltage VCB.

Working Condition
         Guarantee the ambient environment temperature within -15~+40, the daily average temperature not exceed +35.
the altitude not exceed 1000m above the sea level. Daily average related humidity not exceed 95%, monthly not exceed 90%; daily average saturated vapor pressure not exeed 2.2kPa, monthly not exceed 1.8kPa. The amient air has no contamination of dust, smoke, erosion and combustible gas, vapor or salt mist etc.
Earthquake intensity is not more than 8 degree horizontal acceleration. Artificial earthquake wave 0.25g, sine resonance beat wave 0.15g.

    For special service conditions, the subscribers shall agree on with the manufactures. Generally, the conditions are under consideration as follows:
        The altitude of the service place is exceeding 1000m, because of which the external intensity of insulation would decline; Plateau-type here is the best choice.
Service environment with High temperature, due to which, the circuit-breaker need reduce the rated current or with forced ventilation equipment.
        Mounted under the special climatic conditions. Generally, the indoor-type switchgear cannot be mounted under the condition of high temperature and sharply changeable climate. Otherwise, preventative measures must be made such as mounting an electriheater to eliminate the phenomena of condensation as well as prevention of erosion or other contamination.
