Applications
MC3000 is suitable for oil extraction equipments in oil fields such as snapping machine, diving oil electric pump, transmitter, stone material machinery, mineral selecting machine and other matching machines like blowing membrane machine, blowing bottle machine, tube making machine, packing machine, tobacco machine, small production line, woods processing machines and spinning machines etc. 
MC3000 is applicable for fan of boiler, cycling water pump, water filling pump, cooling pump of central air conditioner, freezing pump, fan of cement factory, fan of ceramic kiln, ventilating fan in coal mine, water supply and purifying, diving pump, music spring, water filling pump and oil transmitting pumps and other pumps for petrochemical, pharmacy, fertilizer industry.
Features:
It adopts DSP (digital signal processor) control unit and realizes high-speed performance control.
It integrates three functions of V/F control, V/F + PG control and vector control + PG.
Three ways of voltage vector waves produce.
Compensation function realizes high output power torque. Automatic compensation for difference.
10 kinds of frequency can be set freely and analog terminals can receive 0~10V, 0~20mA signals.
Maximum 7 kinds of speed and 8 acceleration can be controlled.
Built-in PID functions can realize high performance closed loop speed control.
It supports 0~15V, 1~5V, 0~20mA, 4~20mA feedback signal.
PID adjustment for DC brake.
Rotate speed tracking starting and breaking reset functions.
Strong communication, in compliance with RS485 and Ca Bus and remote control function.
Humanlike menu, LCD display. In addition to LED display, it can show 3 parameters at the same time.
Special invert module(IGBT) has temperature increment monitoring function. Fan is controllable and can reduce noise of motor and temperature increment.
